Swedish Massage

There’s a reason that this is the most popular style of massage in the western world. A classic Swedish massage uses pure oils and a variety of massage movements with light to medium pressure to produce the utmost in relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a slow, intense and detailed massage on the area that is giving you the most problems – back and neck, shoulders and arms, low back and hips, or hip and legs. The purpose is to release chronic contracture of muscles and fascia and reduce pain, and to produce changes in movement and posture.

Lymph Drainage Massage

LDM is a very specialized style of massage, applied to face and neck, or to specific areas of the body where it may be needed. LDM is used to beautify the skin, mobilize the superficial fascia, stimulate circulation of immune cells, and reduce swelling and bruising. It is gentle, soothing, and deeply relaxing.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is a massage of Hawaiian origin used as a part of the traditional Hawaiian healing system. The therapist uses their forearms in a rhythmic motion over large areas of the body to ease muscle tension and to increase circulation.

Reflexology

A detailed foot massage with work on pressure points on the feet, followed by a relaxing and soothing leg massage with oil or cream.

Cellulite Massage and Mask

A combination of Massage techniques is used to reduce the adhesions in the fascia that cause the rippled appearance of cellulite. This is followed by a soothing mask applied to the affected areas that can help to further reduce the unsightly appearance of cellulite.

The Simple Facial

Designed specifically for your skin’s condition, this facial uses steam, extraction and special masks to bring clarity and balance to your complexion. A face massage relaxes that stressful look. For all skin types, including Rosacea.
